​No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items.

If you need to change, modify, or cancel your order after checkout, please contact us immediately at rowdymswesternstore@yahoo.com. No changes, modifications, or cancellations of orders after it has already been shipped.

Merchandise may be returned and credit applied to the payment method used only within 14 days from the ship/fulfillment date. Merchandise must be returned in it's original condition with tags still attached or it will not be accepted. Receipt of purchase must also be presented. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item and sales tax paid, not for the shipping and handling charges.
